AG Construction is a construction company based in Koottilangadi, Malappuram, Kerala. We bring together architectural design, construction and interior solutions to create spaces that meet the needs of the people who use them.
Our work includes residential homes, villas, commercial buildings, interior design and fitout, 3D visualization, and renovation. Whether you are building on a new plot or making changes to an existing property, we approach your project with attention to its purpose, practical requirements and budget.
For us, a successful building should feel as good to use as it looks. That means considering how rooms connect, where natural light enters, how materials perform and how the space can support your needs over time.
Every project comes with different priorities. A family may need more room to grow, a business may need a better working environment, and an existing home may need a fresh layout.
We begin by understanding what you want to achieve. Your site, preferred style, space requirements and budget help guide the design and construction decisions that follow.
By considering construction and interiors together, we help you look beyond individual choices and understand how the finished space will work. Our focus stays on useful design, suitable materials and careful attention to execution.
To create functional, well-designed spaces through careful planning and construction, while keeping our clients’ requirements and budgets central to the project.
To help shape better homes and business spaces in Kerala through practical design, responsible construction and lasting client relationships.
Building a home or a business space is a personal commitment. You bring your aspirations, your savings and your expectations to the project. I believe our responsibility begins with listening carefully and understanding what matters most to you.
At AG Construction, our aim is to bring care and clarity to every stage—from planning and design to construction and finishing. We value practical advice, honest conversations and attention to the details that make a space comfortable and useful. I want our clients to feel heard, understand their choices and feel confident asking questions along the way.
As we continue our work in Malappuram and Kerala, our focus remains on creating spaces that serve the people who use them. Whether you are building a family home, developing a workplace or improving an existing property, we look forward to understanding your ideas and helping you move forward.
Thank you for considering AG Construction as your construction partner.
Our portfolio includes homes, commercial buildings and educational spaces, giving us experience with a range of layouts, uses and construction requirements.
We give attention to movement, ventilation, natural light and usable space, alongside the appearance of your building.
Clear discussions about the scope, specifications and proposed schedule help you understand the work and make informed decisions.

The final appearance and usability of a space depend on its details. We carry that consideration through construction, interiors and finishing work.
